The Peninsula creates a lovely dining experience boasting Italian influence, dishes may include pan seared scallops served on a cauliflower puree and finished off with crispy bacon & pistachio nuts followed by a Proscuito wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast served with wilted baby spinach and a butternut pumpkin mash topped with a creamy garlic and parsley sauce.
