In 2004 the hotel and clubhouse complete with restaurant and conference facilities were opened in conjunction with apartments alongside St. Andrews Boulevard.

In August 2007 the additional 42 Grand Mercure 4½ star studio apartments were open for business, these rooms adjoin the hotel complex and are built over three levels all with superior finishes.

Furthermore up to 900 residential allotments are being released throughout the project allowing everyone a part of the stage’s enviable lifestyle.
